In what we call our standard range we have Honey Crunch which is finely ground hokey pokey mixed with a milk/dark soft chocolate centre and honey flavouring. Coconut is the same centre mixed with finely dessicated coconut and Vanilla is simply the same centre again with just a hint of vanilla.
All these are made with the sweeter Barry Callebaut milk chocolate case.
What we think is the standout in this range is our Double Dark, for those with not such a sweet tooth. It has our soft centre with 20% extra cocoa powder added surrounded by our dark chocolate. Beautiful.
